The host, Sylvia, was friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. We loved the special art details and the aquarium in the living room. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was fully equipped. We even received a taste of local Bulgarian rakia and wine upon arrival. we highly recommend Art31 Apartments for a fantastic stay in Sofia!

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, with unique artwork throughout. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host, Silvia, was helpful and made us feel right at home. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable desk for working. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet at night. we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this place.
